Nurse who first took BP etc was a bit abrupt and not awfully friendly. Just when people are feeling very nervous & needing support. Other staff - fantastic

Receptionist didn’t acknowledge presence though standing directly in front of her. Wait until colleague sat next to her asked is she could help. The receptionist could have at least acknowledged me and said something like my colleague will be with you in a moment. Seemed rude and indifferent.

The care and support at Bath Clinic was exceptional. My nurse that looked after me the most, got in contact with me leading up to my surgery, so she could introduce herself and answer any questions. She was amazing, friendly and reassuring. She visited me during my stay and since my surgery has asked about my recovery. All of the other team members at Bath Clinic were professional and fantastic. They made my care a priority. I thank everyone.

I made my appointment request through the Vitality app and received a message telling me the Bath Clinic would contact me to arrange a date and time for the appointment. Several days passed with no word from the clinic. I contacted Bath Clinic in the end to check progress and they had no record of my appointment request that I had made through the Vitality app. I had to make the appointment myself and now have to obtain the original referral letter to send them. Either the Vitality app hasn't worked, or the clinic lost my details - overall it's been a very frustrating process, compounded by having to wait more than 3 weeks for the next available appointment with Dr Walker - I am unable to go back through the app and select another doctor for my referral. The benefit of the Vitality coverage has been negligible and I have had to rely on the NHS to get tests, feedback and treatment. Overall very disappointed with the convoluted Vitality healthcare system. My experience with other private healthcare providers has been much smoother.

All the staff were very professional and reassuring. I felt nothing was too much trouble and that they really wanted to help me pre and post op. I would definitely choose Bath Clinic again.
