I tested positive for Covid in mid January 2021 with what appeared initially to be a mild case, with no fever or loss of taste/smell, just a light cough.  However, after approx 10 days I developed a tight chest and other symptoms and felt very shaky and unlike my usual positive, energetic self.  I consulted Dr Owen who was very reassuring and patient, and very knowledgeable. She conducted detailed tests, and then referred me on the relevant specialists, who have now identified what is causing the post-Covid symptoms.  I am extremely grateful to Dr Owen for her prompt medical advice and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.

Sally has been constantly supportive of my situation and instead of pushing me to take more drugs, which I did not want to do, she has listened to me and worked with me on getting back on track. She has seen how successful my response to intensive therapy has been as both an inpatient and an outpatient and she has been very supportive and understanding in my wish to reduce and stop medication. I feel safe in the knowledge that she really knows what she is doing and has great compassion and understanding, realising that every case is very unique.
