Central England Neurosurgery

Central England Neurosurgery was established by Mr Shabin Joshi (Consultant Neurosurgeon) and spinal surgeons. The Neurosciences Unit provides treatment and care to patients with neurological diseases including Parkinson's disease, spinal disorders, head and spinal injuries, Epilepsy and Multiple Sclerosis. This unit specialises in Carpal Tunnel syndrome, spinal surgery, vertebroplasty, brain surgery, endoscopic and key-hole surgery.

There are more than 2200 surgical procedures that are carried out each year by the highly skilled consultant teams, which builds to its strong reputation in providing specialist care to patients in Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. There has also been a major investment providing a greater expansion of neurological services which has added to the success of the neurosurgery.

There is also private consultancy, in which Mr Joshi sees private patients at the BMI Shires Hospital (Northampton), the Woodland Hospital (Kettering), the BMI Meridien Hospital and Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital.
