All the staff at Avenues are kind, professional and very experienced. You get the best communication through the app which is the best experience. I got reminders for all my medication, updates from the doctor and nurses too

Avenues were amazing throughout my egg freezing cycles. I had a good feeling about the clinic from my initial consultations at the start as the doctors and nurses made me feel comfortable and informed. Every team member was kind, professional and supportive throughout the whole process which is valued during a sensitive time. I was also kept well informed about appointments and medication via the app and it was easy to contact the clinic with any questions throughout the process. They were always great at responding quickly. I'm so glad I chose to do this process with Avenues and highly recommended them.
