This was my second consultation with Dr Max at Alphagenix, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Dr Max is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He took the time to go through all my blood test results in detail, explain everything clearly and discuss the various options available. What impressed me most was how informed and involved I felt throughout the consultation. It was a genuinely collaborative discussion, and I never felt rushed. Fantastic service and an amazing experience overall. I would highly recommend Dr Max and Alphagenix!

Good phone appointment with Dr Max, as usual. He knows about issues within my family and always asks about them first before we talk about me and my blood results. A very affable chap.

Dr Draper and the team didn't just hand me a list of numbers and send me on my way - everything was explained in detail. What the numbers meant, why it mattered and what to actually do about it. The process felt like a conversation and not a prescription, as we discussed what relevant next steps I felt comfortable with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Very happy with the open and friendly atmosphere to be able to discuss all aspects of my trt. I feel like Dr Max listens to me and explains or acts to make the situation better.

My visit to the Link facility (Wilmslow) was very good. Nice facility, very clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My follow up phone appointment with the Doctor again was very good, results explained and discussed.
