Dr Max is a nice bloke, always starts by asking about my wife who unfortunately has stage 4 terminal cancer. Very honest in feedback about bloods and knows his stuff. I started with Alphagenix as my GP would not deal withy issues caused by a very low, as it turned out, T level. I wasn't worried about ED but other issues and there is no doubt it's helped, GP still dismissive!

Dr Max is an absolute legend! After just 4 phone consultations over a period of 18 months or so, I feel very comfortable and trust his advice. I feel I should also mention the rest of the staff I've had interactions with, in particular Saskia who has always been super helpful. Dr Max and his team should not underestimate the effect they've had on my improved results over the period. Customer for life.

As a first time patient, I am delighted. From the initial conversation through to the prescribing and delivery of medication, and at every step in between, my experience has been excellent. I did not have direct previous experience to measure this against, however, I can say that the process has been exactly as I hoped it would be. The advice, information and consultation at each stage was honest and personal. I was never pushed toward medication, but instead given balanced, honest, fact-backed guidance. Whilst only a couple of months in, I have noticed real benefits and improvements with all the 'symptoms' I was suffering prior to beginning the medication. This is something I have looked at for a while. Finally doing something about it was a great decision, bettered only by choosing Alphagenix.
