The clinic was nice and small which is perfect for privacy
Great service - however please note that there was an inconsistency between your online scheduler and the planned time of the appointment. I confirmed the booking system for 19:20 but received texts for 18:40. I’m happy to forward the email separately if you wish to see. Probably something to address on your online/internal scheduler systems. Thanks again for your professsional and quick turnaround to receive the results.
