Booked a semen analysis here and the whole experience was faultless. I got an appointment for the very next day, the support team replied to every message almost instantly and were genuinely helpful, and the results came through the same evening even though the test was done late in the afternoon. Clear, quick and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Easy booking process and once there the staff were polite and explained everything well. Also we only needed the DNA Fragmentation test doing and some other places would only do this if we did the semen sample too which meant it was more costly. Also results came through on the same day even with an appointment at 6pm

Bins should be emptied prior to new people entering the room. The touch free function also didn’t work, meaning I had to touch the bin, which wasn’t ideal after seeing it hadn’t been cleaned. In general, a call should follow to discuss results if anything comes out abnormal. I don’t expect a full length consultation, but it’s not easy to understand what certain things mean.

The second time I give semen sample. The top room is next to another room. I could hear the lock of the other room when people were entering, this was a bit of putting as it sounded like someone would come in to the room I was in
