I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

Highly recommend - felt like I was listened too and a through check completed of my daughter. Left feeling more knowledgeable and reassured than when we came in. Thank you

Simply very good.

It was my second time at the clinic and it did not disappoint with its hospitality and helpfulness. The waiting area was very spacious, with refreshments and magazines to keep ourselves hydrated and busy; the toilets were spotless; the staff made everything go swimmingly every step of the way. The GP who consulted me was competent, professional, efficient and open to all the questions I wanted to ask. The only negative remark I have to make is about punctuality – my appointment took place 10-20 minutes later than scheduled.
