Put me at ease and very helpful despite running late

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

Dr Mahomed assessed our child thoroughly and provided reassurance to our concerns.

He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. Dr. Fatima has a remarkable ability to connect with children, patiently addressing their concerns and explaining medical procedures in a way they can understand.

We see Dr. Sood originally because we thought our sons problem could be allergy related, so he had skin prick test. Dr. Sood listened to our other concerns about our son and found the cause pretty much straight away, after months of going backwards and forwards to our GP. He fully explained every aspect of our son’s care and what to expect going forward. I had some issues with my gp practice with some of what Dr. Sood advised, but I emailed Dr. sood and he responded pretty quickly and helped resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sood and if in the future I had any concerns I would definitely see Dr. Sood again.
