Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

I know Mr Gibbins for a while now, but not as a patient, until yesterday when I have had my initial consultation. After a series of heavy nose bleeding and lots of worries which came with these episodes, I have contacted his secretary, Sharon, who managed to book me in in a couple of minutes. The lever of professionalism offered by his secretary was second to none and the high expectations I had were more than exceeded. Mr Gibbins answered all my questions very clear, had a warm approach towards my problem and offered a reassurance and a treatment plan during the appointment - professional and very on point. His level of expertise and accuracy, made me feel very comfortable and washed away all my worries. I would personally recommend him to any person who is struggling with any ENT problem. Mr Karagama explained things to me throughly, talked me through the benefits and risks of the procedure I underwent. The outcome for me has been very positive and has resolved a painful problem that I've had for years and that had previously been treated and investigated without resolution.

Our 5 year old daughter suffered hearing loss after multiple ear infections caused by swimming lessons. We came to Dr Vik Veer for a THIRD opinion after being told by two ENT Drs that she needed;- 1) grommets 2) an adenoidectomy and 3) a tonsillectomy. We discovered Dr Vik Veer via his YouTube channel where he has many informative and easy to understand content. We followed the advice he gives in his 10-minute video on Eustachian Tube Disfunction. As a direct result, our daughter's hearing is almost back to normal and there is no need to put her under a general anaesthetic. If you are wondering (like we were) whether Dr Vik Veer could possibly be as nice in person as he is in his YouTube videos, we can confirm that he absolutely is! The reception team are amazing too, they went above and beyond to help us secure the consultation.
