All of the staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly. All of he areas were clean and comfortable.

From the moment I walked in I was put at ease with all the staff being welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing was that if unsure or did not know the answer they would find out straight away. Not something that happens everywhere. Please thank everyone at east Grinstead for making my eye treatment a pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work.

There were dirty used cups all over the waiting area. Someone came with a trolley to clear the coffee machine area but left the dirty used cups on the tables for the duration of my visit - most odd.
