When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. Mr Banerjee was extremely nice, polite, patient and friendly. He explained everything really well, listened to me and treated me with great respect.

Mr Taylor is not only an excellent surgeon but also very empathetic. I went to see him in September 2023 and I was in intolerable pain. Within 2 weeks he operated and I woke up pain free. After 6 months I have full movement in my neck, the pain has not returned and my scar is barely visible.

I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

He has a good bedside manner and was very understanding of my phobia which made discussing my procedure difficult for him.

Mr Harris carried out spinal surgery on my daughter, he is always very clear and considered when talking to you, calm when dealing with highly stressed parents. the surgery resulted in a better result that expected, and we would recommend Mr Harris to anyone undergoing spinal surgery.
