Great clinic, easy to access and park. The staff are friendly and professional , the premises are clean and spacious and the nurses have a fantastic manner with the children .

I meet dr Hannah Douglas very professional and very knowledgeable, I would really recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good checkup of health care.

Lovely experience

I had a home visit for a blood test from Chiamaka, she was so friendly & reassuring. She was so pleasant to have in my house & to take my blood. Cannot sing her praises enough with how comfortable and ease she made me feel.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Have been attending CCH for some years for various ailments and have never had an issue or concern.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Lovely hospital - would recommend.
