Great and Very organised !

All of the staff at Midland Eye were so kind and very efficient, every area you see a smiling face and very professional people who make you feel welcome and comfortable from operating staff ( who were brilliant ) and the reception team who are so helpful in all they do.

Very good. Bins around the refreshments could have been emptied, they were very full.

The staff are very friendly and again are very professional, the hospital is very clean and well maintained

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of the staff. Finding my way to the private ward was confusing, having to go through the A&E reception and got lost in a maze of corridors.

Very good allergy nurse. Plan longer waiting time.
