The Clinic is clean and modern. Every appointment I had was on time and there was never any rush within the appointments.

I had a very good experience, all things worked to together well. There was a nice warm friendly atmosphere. I am very happy to have been sent to Optegra Eye Hospital.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
