I cannot praise Mr Nama enough. From the start, he was calm, explained everything to me in great detail, gave me time to ask questions, was respectful and totally put me at ease. I had complete trust and confidence in him. This meant that I was calm on the run up to the procedure. Mr Nama met with me before and after the procedure on the day and came to see me before I was released. He has also checked in to follow up to see how my recovery is going. I understand that my procedure was more difficult than expected and I appreciate mr Nama’s determination to complete via keyhole, meaning my recovery will be shorter. I am thankful that I was referred to Mr Nama and highly recommend him.

Prof Rosenthal has been excellent throughout. He is caring, explains things well and takes time to do so in detail. His secretary is also very organised and helpful. Overall an excellent experience and I am very grateful to have been in his care.
