My experience with Urology Partners was first rate. The procedure, from my point of view, was exactly as I was told it would be. The only concerns I had were in regard to car parking and missing consultations.

Very calm environment and friendly administration and welcome staff. All was explained clearly.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.
