Even having met Mr Alnajjar in a consultation, an experience which left me with supreme confidence in him, I was expecting days of pain and discomfort afterwards. I had none of that. Indeed this review is the result of my having sent an unsolicited message to him to say how happy I was a week after the operation. He is clearly very skilled. But what do I know? I'll only experience one vasectomy. The real expert is a member of the team who assisted him. When Mr Alnajjar left the room the medic said "He's really good you know".
