I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

The outpatient consultation with Dr O’Gallagher was thorough. He had clearly taken the time to read through the many medical reports, demonstrated kindness and compassion towards my husband (who had recently had a heart attack) at a time of such heightened anxiety. He explained his findings and set out the options available so clearly. Most importantly he followed through on all the actions and seemingly fixed my husband. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others who may find themselves in a similar situation and are trying to navigate healthcare services at such a difficult time.

Dr Brull was good at putting me at ease and took the time to explore my medical history and the issue for which I had been referred. He then gave a very clear and thorough diagnosis. This was followed up very quickly by his written report which was also clear and thorough.

Discovering you have developed an erratic heartbeat can be a worrying experience. I chose to have a consultation with Dr Gurunathan because of his knowledge, skills and expertise on cardio issues, including diagnostic imaging. I found Dr Gurunathan easy to talk to, helpful and insightful. He took time to explain how a normal heart functions, in contrast to the ectopic beats I was experiencing. From our discussion, he was able to quickly analyse the likely cause of my condition, before arranging a series of tests to confirm the diagnosis. His thoroughness of approach was very reassuring. I was kept fully informed at each stage of the testing process. Dr Gurunathan helpfully addressed all the questions I raised and I am very grateful to him for his time and professional patient care. I would highly recommend Dr Gurunathan to others seeking high quality cardio help and advice.
