Dr Kumar, is a friendly, warm, extremely knowledgable consultant, willing to answer any questions you have and explains everything really well.

He was understanding, re-assuring and took time to explain answering any questions at an appropriate level for me.

Very pleasant manner and pre op explained everything he was doing very well but I had trouble understanding at my post op consultation at first, I was a little confused. But we got there in the end. Although I'd said my wounds had healed I would have liked him to check as it now looks as if I've got 2 bellybuttons and I wanted to run that by him as to why. Everything went very well and to plan. A very pleasant gentleman.

Mr Fisher so easily displayed a caring and compassionate nature. He heard me, he listened, understood and explained, showing empathy throughout. Communicating with him was so easy and productive, always knowing what the plan was. Extremely timely input. Really helped me when I needed it especially after struggling elsewhere for so long.
