From my initial consultation with Mr. Palan to my discharge I felt confident in his ability to complete my surgery safely. He presented as knowledgeable describing all aspects of the process not just in terms of the surgery but also what could and would be achieved in the future once I had healed. My whole experience with Mr Sheeraz has been exceptional from when I was first refered to now, over the past few year’s Mr Sheeraz and his team have explored every angle of my symptoms in order to determine whether a full knee replacement would reduce or completely remove my pain, after all of these were looked into it was determined that my knee was very worn out and the only path was surgery, which was carried out on 1/3/24 and I cannot thank Mr Sheeraz and his team and all who were involved in making my quality of life, pain and mental state so much better for it, I feel amazing even though it had only been eight weeks since my procedure my progress has been great and I’m looking forward to being totally pain free once fully healed. Thank you so much Mr Sheeraz and your team for all your hard work and dedication to helping me get to this point, you have no idea how much of a difference this will make in my life, with work and just every day life.

Mr Duffy was so good at explaining everything that I needed to know about my knee condition. He listened to everything that I was experiencing with my knee condition and had a lovely caring manner.

Very pleased with seeing Mr Yadu Shankarappa, he made me feel very comfortable and took the time explaining all my x-ray images, which was very informative. Also good advise for my leg elevation and some exercise's whilst my leg was in as a cast, no medical professional that I had seen prior to this had explained or mentioned to me.

Mr Kumar carried out my first hip replacement some 4 years ago, and then my other hip replacement about 18 months ago. I was referred to him as an NHS patient and both operations were carried out at the Alexandra hospital in Cheadle. Mr Kumar impressed me from the very first appointment, he listens, explains, and rapidly made me feel confident that I was going to be in his experienced and capable hands. The first operation went very well, and a rapid recovery was made. The other hip replacement eventually needed doing and Mr Kumar kindly agreed to carry out the surgery. Once again my experience was of excellent care, I am delighted with the hips and feel decades younger.
