From start to finish Mr Deo took great care of me. He was engaging, reassuring and left me without doubt there would be a positive outcome. My booking for my right knee operation came through quickly and on the day when Mr Deo visited me pre op, he spent time explaining the procedure giving me time to ask questions which he answered thoroughly. I cant praise his theatre team enough too. I had an epidural anaesthetic, this filled me with fear, the whole team took their time with me and calmed me down and turned my fear into a positive experience, so much so i am having my left knee done soon and i have absolutely no worries whatsoever. If you are looking for a consultant that gives you their time, listens to you, explains options and makes you feel positive for your outcome then i would not look beyond this consultant, he is fantastic.

After suffering knee pain in both knees for a number of years and numerous ops, I was transferred to Mr Deo and he was able to diagnose and treat me for several different issues successfully. He was always very polite and answered all my questions in ways I could understand. When things didn't quite work out Mr Deo was very quick to solve the issue, which was quite rare to happen very quickly and rectify in very quick time. I cannot thank Mr Deo enough and after years of suffering, my knees finally feel they are getting back to how they should be for my age now! I would highly recommend Mr Deo both for his surgical skills, knowledge in his field and his friendly manner. Nothing was too much.

I had a total left and right knee replacement surgery carried out by Mr Deo in October 2019 and January 2020 respectively. I cannot praise him highly enough. Every aspect was explained clearly and thoroughly, giving me time to understand the procedures fully. Having lost quite a lot of weight and then experiencing severe arthritis pain, he was extremely supportive of my aspirations to be able to lead an active life again, and achieve further weight loss goals even in my sixties. I now have wonderfully pain free, strong, straight legs with excellent range of movement in both joints. Mr Deo is a kind, positive, approachable person and an excellent surgeon whom I recommend wholeheartedly to all seeking an orthopaedic solution .

Looked after my sixteen year daughter very well who had to have two complete knee reconstruction within four months of each other.

From the diagnosis to the operation Mr. Deo was very professional & clear of what was to happen in the months ahead. Throughout the operation to my reviews (2 so far) he has been exceptional in all his explanations of my recovery & going forward with the healing process & physiotherapy. I could not of ask for any surgeon as good. My stay in hospital was short but, I was well taken care of by all the nursing staff. Thank you Mr. Deo & all at the JPH.

Mr Deo. I found him to be very caring .his bedside manner is second to none.....in hospital for 8_9 ,days with excellent aftercare following operation ...then out patients appointment on 2 march...which was same follow up care..No trouble talking through everything he had done to mend my leg..Didnt rush me answered all my questions and put me at ease ...feel very lucky and blessed I had Mr Deo as my Surgeon...thankyou so much for your time care and fantastic work in all you do x
