Mr Rahul Jayaram from the first consultation to the last was exemplary in every aspect of care, bedside manner, professionalism and honesty. It had been my first operation and feeling naturally nervous felt very confident that Mr Rahul was going to do his very best and I was in good hands.

Dr Kalkani was extremely kind, caring and thorough in explaining the surgery my 14 year old daughter needed. The surgery was well organised and planned smoothly and despite our surgical anxiety she was patient and reassuring. Special attention was paid to allay our fears no matter how minor. I would highly recommended Dr Kalkani and her paediatric team as extremely proficient, knowledgeable and gentle.

My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I am very grateful for the support and care provided by Mr Kassam and his professionalism and supportive approach has made a significant difference and would highly recommend Mr Kassam.
