Dr Patel took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment, which I really appreciated. She was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I felt like I had spa procedure with zero pain . I also found the pricing to be fair and transparent, with no unexpected costs. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organized. The staff are polite and friendly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring dentist—especially if you’re someone who feels nervous about dental visits.

Very professional in everything she does and a lovely manner to go with it. I always felt very comfortable and valued and trusted her advice and opinions. Never felt pressured to make any choices and was comfortable enough with her advice to follow her recommendations which have proved correct. I would recommend Michaela as an extremely good dentist.

Dr Patel identified a serious issue that was caused by previous work carried out at a different practice. The issue was rectified very quickly and to an excellent standard. I previously had bad experiences at dentists in London which caused some trepidation but since being under the care of Dr Patel I've received nothing but exceptional care and treatment and could not recommend her enough for her kindness and exceptional clinical skills.

It's always a pleasure to go to the dentist. She sees my husband and daughter and we never have any "dentist dread". She's patient, thoughtful, courteous and always professional. She helps me a lot with joint dysfunction in my ear and has provided me with various mouthguards over the years to help alleviate the pain. She was also excellent when whitening my teeth last year taking the time to guide me through the whole thing. Can not recommend her highly enough and we hope she's our dentist for many years to come.
