Lucy was fantastic from start to finish! I am scared of needles and she was really lovely about this. The actual procedure was very fast and I am loving my results so far! Would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who cannot burp!

We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood. After an awful experience losing my hearing in my left ear due to a previous failed surgery, and a battle with the NHS to get a cochlear implant, I eventually contacted Joe. This wasn’t easy due to being scared to have any more ear surgery. Joe has understood this and given me all of his attention throughout the process. We didn’t rush in. His care has been amazing. Not just prior to surgery, but also post surgery - keeping in touch. Other surgeons should take a leaf out of his book. I can’t recommend him enough. The day of the surgery he did his best to make me calm. And gave me all the attention I needed. It’s early days on the CI journey and I’ve had some balance issues and need to adjust to the new digital hearing. But I cant recommend him enough.

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!
