He has given lots of useful advice on how to keep it from coming back and he was very thorough in his investigation. Mr Elmiyeh explained everything so well, he made it easy to understand. I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next.
