He was very kind and polite and spoke directly to my daughter who was having the procedure and asked her questions and wanted to know if she had any questions for him. He certainly made her feel part of everything happening and making it all feel calm from consultation, to surgery day and follow ups after. We liked how he was direct and found out answers to our questions promptly.

I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly.
