My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. I consulted Dr Alibhai for my wisdom tooth removal surgery. Though we never removed the wisdom tooth he actually brought to my notice a lump in my neck which I wasn’t aware of and turned out to be cancerous. From the first day he was very clear in his explanations and told me the priorities in this process. He was very supportive and kind. He ordered quiet few test but explained each time what it means. He only worked in my best interest and quite nicely explained the diagnosis and referred me to another surgeon for further treatment. I can only be thankful to him for actually diagnosing this cancer as it had been there for quite a while and he caught it in time as it was not easy to conclude as well. I cannot imagine if I hadn’t gone to him this would come to light when and how. I am grateful for his guidance and support all through out and also recommending the best doctor. I would recommend Doctor Alibhai for anyone looking for a surgeon as his is very thorough with what he does.
