Fantastic service from Dr Jacques. From my initial consultation, tests and surgery. He explained everything clearly and knew exactly what to expect and what was happening. Timing was quick too. Highly highly recommend. Genuinely could not fault a thing and now feel like a new person.. which is wonderful, especially after feeling so rubbish for 16 months. Thank you!

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Very helpful and explained clearly

I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since. More recently, when my son developed ear problems, I was very keen to get him seen by Mr Selvadurai. Just as I recalled, he was again extremely kind and reassuring. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and he always takes the time to explain things in great detail.

I chose Mr Singh to operate on my chronic sinusitis. He is a very personable and professional consultant. On the day of the operation he spent time to explain before and after. The operation was a success. Also, as a ‘ self payer’ I would mention that the total price for the procedure was the least I was quoted . I would recommend Mr Singh , without any reservations,

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.
