Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

Charming and very clear explanation

I wanted to discuss the possibility or desirability of a hip replacement, given that I have arthritis, and genuinely had no preference regarding whether to have the operation or not. He examined my mobility, discussed the situation with me, the pros and cons of operating or not, and concluded that I should continue with physiotherapy and not undergo the operation. Throughout the conversation, he came over as thoroughly professional, caring, and in command of his area of expertise. He gave me confidence in his decision.

Reassuringly competent

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable. I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.
