Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

I found everyone to most helpful, polite and friendly from the nursing staff, doctors, the cleaning staff and the catering staff.

Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.
