Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

From reception to room, the level of service was truly 5 star Everyone from reception through porters and nurses were very friendly and consider of the patients needs

great experience and service at Cleveland Clinic

Wonderful clinic with wonderful staff and amazing doctors. Very prompt and professional. More than a few times the porters have sent me to the wrong floor or waiting areas but do appreciate that there is someone to direct me to where I am meant to be. Only slightly uncomfortable issue was having to wait for my dermatology appointment in an area plastered with Endometriosis Clinic signs. Yikes.

I'd like to give my specialist Julie a five star rating for her professionalism, warm and friendly manner and first rate practice *****

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.
