Dr Gordon is a great communicator, and he really took his time to talk me through every step of a complex procedure. He avoided jargon and explained everything in the clearest terms possible. His calm and caring approach really helped to put my mind at rest, and to reassure me that I was in good hands from the outset. During the actual procedure, I really felt that I was with a true expert in the field who genuinely cared for his patients. His follow-up care has been superb too. He’s taken the time to ask how I’m feeling, and to check that the surgery has gone as well as possible. I would therefore recommend the care of Dr Gordon without hesitation.
