I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

My consultation with Dr Farah was excellent; his deep knowledge was very evident, but he was also keen to understand my particular patient journey. I feel relieved to be under the care of Dr Farah and impressed by the urgency with which he has gone about moving my case forwards.

I broke my heel and strained my ankle whilst skipping rope which was very difficult to handle initially as I have a very active lifestyle (weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, running).
