Dr Malagelada was very professional, provided great explanations, answered my battery of questions, made sure to cover every detail of my injury and treatment, and recommended a great physio. Overall great experience.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

As well as being knowledgable and thorough Dr Farah was friendly and approachable. He he took the time to explain things in detail and to listen to and address my concerns. I left the consultation session feeling confident that I was receiving the best possible advice and treatment which was so reassuring.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. Mr Mallina was reassuring, showed empathy and provided clear explanation throughout. The Dupuytren's condition of my finger was quite severely bent and Mr Mallina said it may require a skin graft, however much to my relief, he was able to avoid this and managed to successfully straighten my finger. There has been good recovery and mobility in the hand after the operation. I will require additional operations on my fingers in the future and I will not hesitate to come back to Mr Mallina to undertake them.

I have seen Dr Hull for over six years and have had outstanding care from day one. Her manner is kind and gentle which immediately puts one at ease. She listens with attention and respects my views and wishes for treatment whilst at the same time guiding me as to what the best way forward might be medically. She is quick to respond to questions and issues that arise which ensures real trust in her care. This is a wonderful example of patient led care. I am very lucky indeed to have her.
