My daughter had grommets inserted in both ears after suffering from symptoms for a few years. Professor Bruce provided all the available options to my daughter following her diagnosis. We were then given as much time as we needed for my daughter to decide how she would like to proceed. I couldn’t burp, for 23 years, it was terrible, and since getting this Botox injection undeniably has changed my life for the better Dr Karagama was very good at communicating with me and made me feel at ease with the whole situation. Initially I was very nervous about getting the endoscopy but dr Karagama held a very calming manner which made it all easy, it was over in a few minutes The Botox procedure very, Karagama spoke to me before hand, once again he made me feel very confident and at ease.
