This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. The procedure was explained in full, the surgery was very successful with minimal recovery time and the service (and the hospital) provided was First Class A* level.
