Appointment on time. Cystoscopy performed in efficient and considerate way. Results soon followed up and conversation took place to review next options. All done in a friendly and professional manner. Glad it all went so swiftly.

All aspects of my visits to The Prostate Centre have been more than satisfactory, from waiting times, staff interactions, cleanliness and the overall environment has made me feel well looked after throughout.

Staff were lovely and helpful, and premises were comfortable. Our consultant is wonderful, professional, and thorough. I would certainly return to receive treatment from the medical team. Unfortunately we waited almost 5 hours for an injection of anti-d as I'm rhesus negative, so our discharge was significantly delayed. Staff in the Lindo wing seemed to try quite hard to accelerate the process and chased the transfusion dept several times, but it led to us spending 8 hours in hospital for a 30 minute procedure which was unfortunate.
