great experience and service at Cleveland Clinic

I really loved my first experience at the clinic especially from all the staffs

Very friendly atmosphere. I like that they also offer scans as part of the consultation if needed. My consultant made me feel at ease and answered any questions and concerns which reassured me.

Excellent level of service by the team again. Instant response to my query and helped me with my concerns and request for treatment. Wherever I go, can always trust HarleyDoc to deliver.

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

Found the pre-session questionnaire was great for giving an overview of my health and it was all very user friendly.

Staff lovely The imaging department need revising. , no one to answer calls no one to answer messages left on the phone , got called after getting the complaints email and then nothing literally took weeks to be able to get through and an appointment and that’s with my consultants secretary getting on to them as well, finally when I got the appointment I could t fault the 2 staff that helped me on the day they were lovely

Didn’t feel like I had private care, nothing special.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
