Very good, nice receptionists, thoough some delay with software

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

The staff there are very high quality. I find the clinic professional and clean and I always look forward to my appointments there. Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ellen on the phone admin team is also so good and so polite. Thank you to everyone there who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. Highly recommend this clinic.

Very professional overall and quick to answer telephone with good advice regarding post operative queries.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

Easy access and friendly staff

As ever the staff are very good and react to any request in a positive way. The medical staff and doctors and above and beyond what I could ask for.
