I cannot recommend Bridge Clinic highly enough. From the very first appointment, I was treated like a princess. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They made what can be a very emotional and overwhelming journey feel calm and supported every step of the way. What truly stood out to me was their communication. They consistently called to check on me, provided updates without me having to chase them, and offered reassurance whenever I felt anxious. I never felt like “just another patient”; I felt seen, heard, and valued. The clinic is very well equipped, modern, and professional. You can tell they operate with high standards and attention to detail. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking time to explain procedures and answer questions thoroughly. Most importantly, we had outstanding results, and I am beyond grateful. Choosing Bridge Clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re looking for expertise, warmth, professionalism, and real results, I wholeheartedly recommend Bridge Clinic. They truly go above and beyond.
I had my first consultation at The Bridge almost a year ago. My wife and I are a lesbian couple and I wanted to do IUI (intrauterine insemination) with a known donor who is based in the US. We knew exactly what we wanted to do from the start. I explained this during the first consultation and the doctor said the clinic had experience with international donors and it would be fine. He was coming to London in August to donate, and three months later he would need to do a blood test in the US. After all the wheels were in motion, it transpired that the clinic did not actually know what to do. Instead, they directed me to a complicated website that listed US regulatory checks that were UK compliant and asked me to find a clinic he could use. My sister-in-law is a doctor in the US. We spent over a month cold-calling labs in Illinois, trying to find somewhere our donor could complete an acceptable blood test. Our doctor then left The Bridge, and in what should have been our final call prior to our donor arriving, the new doctor said she had been left no notes and would need to start over. I felt stressed and alone during this process, with little support from The Bridge. I had to chase them at every step. They were not proactive in helping us reach our deadlines and we almost missed having all the paperwork in place for our donor’s arrival. They also used language such as “we need to do this test,” when said test was optional. There were times I felt I was being upsold. There were also times where we were treated as if we had fertility issues, not as a queer couple. The...
Read moreI really loved my first experience at the clinic especially from all the staffs
We were trying for a second baby for almost 2 years. After the second miscarriage at the age of 39, we decided to get help. We consulted 3 different clinics in London and Bridge Clinic stood out for patient-centered approach & very good initial consultation, explaining risks but also really understanding our personal situation and wishes. It was nice to undergo treatment in a small clinic where you know everyone and everyone knows you. It almost felt like a small family, everyone is very friendly and took the time when needed, sometimes even without appointment. Not to forget to praise the amazing lab team!! We started IVF, but only collected two eggs, so the chances of success were very low. BUT, both made it to day 5 with great embryo quality and we are now 16 weeks pregnant, all scans looking good!! Cannot recommend Bridge Clinic enough!! Thank you to everyone, who is working at the clinic for creating such a nice environment for your patients and for helping us on our journey to expand our family! We are forever grateful!!
