Very pleasant and Dr Bakshi is very knowledgeable

Could not fault Dr Bala. Was brilliant with our daughter. Made her and us feel relaxed. Before even starting the appointment, he started playing with her. Made us feel like he cared and not just wanted to get us in and out. He listened, had remembered her notes we had sent over so when we got there the discussion flowed and I didn't feel pressure in trying to explain everything. He was very thorough and made sure we understood what he was saying. Before we left he even asked if we had any other questions (no doctor ever usually has the time to ask this) he even helped us with the pharmacy after when we called the hospital as we encountered an issue. BRILLIANT!

From start to finish Dr Kumar made me feel at ease when facing my surgery on my hernia. Every question was answered and he explained everything about each step of the procedure. Highly rated and I hope that if i need any surgery in the future Dr Kumar would be my choice. Excellent

Very good and explained things to me

Dr Kanani was fantastic with my daughter. He agreed to see her for dermatology complaints and although couldn't answer all our questions referred us on and we have an appointment very quickly to be seen within the NHS. My daughter was petrified of blood taking but he put her at ease and she thought it wasn't too bad! Thank you

Very kind doctor , he was very patient , understanding and put my child at ease , which is difficult as my child is socially awkward . He was very clear and If there was something we didn't understand he explained it until we did.
