Easy to book, good follow up on the day of appointment. The parking was accessible and location was easy to find. There was a range of appointments available so I did not have to wait longer than a week. Fees were more reasonable than I thought they would be for private health care.

I found the website very useful in deciding that consulting a specialist would be a wise decision given the lack of clarity and limited progress I had experienced in dealing with my GP Practice, who are under a great deal of pressure.

5* from start to finish, I have absolutely nothing but amazing words for the whole experience. I have told everybody I have seen where I went for treatment and given out discover lasers name, if in the future I ever need treatment for anything else 100% I will be back with no doubts! The staff are 10/10 and greet you with a smile everytime, they talk to you and ask how you’ve got on and are really attentive and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Doctor Montero hands down I can not fault, he is so calm and gentle, the reassurance and the way he talks you through every single step of the way he is so thorough and an expert in what he does!
