My experience at the Yorkshire Clinic on this occasion was very favourable. My room was clean and staff were freindly and helpful whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism .

Easy to book, good follow up on the day of appointment. The parking was accessible and location was easy to find. There was a range of appointments available so I did not have to wait longer than a week. Fees were more reasonable than I thought they would be for private health care.

I found the website very useful in deciding that consulting a specialist would be a wise decision given the lack of clarity and limited progress I had experienced in dealing with my GP Practice, who are under a great deal of pressure.

I felt the free consultation was an added bonus. The clinic was easy to find and all staff were friendly

The hospital was spotless both on the ward and in other areas Amazing. All my appointment took place at the time given with minimum waiting Every one I met from ward staff, clerics and physiotherapists were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and individuals went out of their way to help my recovery

The overall experience was professional caring and supportive. Thoroughly recommended to anyone waiting for surgery.
