Friday staff and explained the procedure well

Lovely hospital with efficient friendly staff. It's not always easy to get parked but all hospitals are the same!

Conor and the dental nurse (feel really bad didn’t manage to catch her name) were brilliant. Very quick and very effective, especially considering I was moving and jerking due to anaesthetic not working on me. Also gave very clear run through of what he was doing so I knew what to expect. All I can say is thank you

Examination thorough, took X-ray explained situation with lower right teeth. Temporary ease before appointments to sort out.

I felt the free consultation was an added bonus. The clinic was easy to find and all staff were friendly

My appointment was late even though I arrived on time and the person that went in before me went in at my appointment time. I was only told it was late until after she went in. During my appointment I was tilted on the chair without warning. Left with the lights shining in my eyes whilst both dentist and nurse left the room to find more equipment. It was freezing. I could hear the receptionist continuously phoning patients on speaker phone and hearing their phone numbers read out on voicemails.
