Conor and the dental nurse (feel really bad didn’t manage to catch her name) were brilliant. Very quick and very effective, especially considering I was moving and jerking due to anaesthetic not working on me. Also gave very clear run through of what he was doing so I knew what to expect. My appointment was late even though I arrived on time and the person that went in before me went in at my appointment time. I was only told it was late until after she went in. During my appointment I was tilted on the chair without warning. Left with the lights shining in my eyes whilst both dentist and nurse left the room to find more equipment. It was freezing. I could hear the receptionist continuously phoning patients on speaker phone and hearing their phone numbers read out on voicemails.
