Lovely facility and was busy but received a warm welcome and staff were excellent.

The team at the Nuffield Leeds were outstanding, especially the staff on the ward, their attention to detail and kindness made the whole experience stress free and with assurance of their intention to look after me as the patient, but also my Husband as a visitor.

The hospital was clean and the staff were friendly but the interaction with the consultant was so awful, it tarnished the rest of the experience.

5* from start to finish, I have absolutely nothing but amazing words for the whole experience. I have told everybody I have seen where I went for treatment and given out discover lasers name, if in the future I ever need treatment for anything else 100% I will be back with no doubts! The staff are 10/10 and greet you with a smile everytime, they talk to you and ask how you’ve got on and are really attentive and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Doctor Montero hands down I can not fault, he is so calm and gentle, the reassurance and the way he talks you through every single step of the way he is so thorough and an expert in what he does! I’m so pleased with my results from treatment and can not thank everyone at discover laser enough!

Helpful staff which was really good and but you at ease

The staff were amazing and I was so well looked after.

A happy place. A bit of a mix up with final appointment date and times, but it was resolved and sorted appropriately . All staff were hepfull cheerful and obliging .
