Mr Ahmad was helpful in his explanations at all times. He described the condition of my knee and the procedure he was proposing to deal with it. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly. He pointed out risks as well as potential benefits, as well as indicating the likely post-operative experience and evolution, both worst- and best-case. He was friendly, attentive and caring both before and after the operation.

I will always be grateful to Dr Klinke for a very successful operation and for the consultations that helped me recover and walk normally again after a very serious ankle injury. Miss Arshad has a very friendly and relaxed manner which immediately puts you at ease, she talks with confidence and authority yet puts complicated things across in a way that a layman can understand.

This was my 3rd surgery with Mr Gidwani but the others have been day cases. This was the most substantial. He is an excellent Consultant and as with the previous surgery the results are excellent. I love the fact he is always clear about the possible risks and disadvantages not just the positives.

I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.
