The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.
