I recently had a very good experience during my visit to Dr Ibrahim. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. Thank You! I feel like a new man! Dr Reynolds gave me a nerve block injection after my MRI showed prolapsed discs in my L4 and L5. Dr Reynolds and the team were fantastic from consultation to procedure. Exceptionally professional and friendly, keeping me informed every step of the way. The results were quick, with me starting to get back in to light exercise and enjoying active family life again. I had 6 months of constant back pain and now I feel 10 years younger with a constant smile on my face! Thank you.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

Had bad back pain, which Ramesh quickly identified as a slipped disc. Super friendly, understanding and importantly knowledgeable!! Was given the correct medication to relieve the pain while i was referred for a MRI and CT injection. Top quality consultant who acted super efficiently.

Following two difficult years of back pain, I underwent decompression and discectomy surgery with Mr Bell. The surgery was life-changing, I've been pain-free ever since. His bedside manner is professional and kind. I felt reassured I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Could not recommend more highly.
