Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister. We met Dr Parikh in 2017 and we now have two beautiful and healthy daughters.

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. I am really glad that I chose the Lister and I would definitely recommend the clinic and Mr Nicopoullos to anyone who is interested in egg freezing or fertility treatment.

Dr Thum listened to us and identified that I had very active NK cells which were causing repeated miscarriages. Without him and his expertise, we wouldn’t be parents. His positivity really helped too, and he was willing to try different things if the original course of action didn’t work.
